Moffat Town Hall, steeped in history and full of character, is fast becoming the wedding venue of choice for more and more couples looking for somewhere different and uniquely personal to get married. Whether you are looking to hold your marriage ceremony and/or evening reception with us, we can help you put together your perfect wedding day package tailored specifically to your requirements. The Main Hall will seat up to 100 for a meal, including top table guests.
It just depends how much room you want to leave for dancing!
Wedding packages
Moffat Town Hall venue hire is £375 per day. Then just select the package which suits your wedding day requirements.

Key details for hire
- All packages are VAT chargeable at 20%
- Personal consumption of alcohol by over 18’s is permitted on the premises. The sale of alcohol requires a license which we can arrange for a fee if required (license fee is included as part of the Nithsdale package). 30 days notice is required to obtain a license
- Licensing laws means that alcohol cannot be served until the marriage ceremony has been conducted
- All day is defined as being from 10am to midnight
- We reserve the right to charge a £50 cleaning fee if there is deemed to be an unreasonable amount of cleaning following an event
- Terms and Conditions of hire apply. A responsible adult must be present on the premises at all times
