The Nithsdale Package

  • Exclusive ALL DAY hire of Hall, Reception Room & fully fitted Kitchen, including the use of crockery and cutlery etc.
  • Decorated foyer to meet & greet guests
  • Red Carpet laid out in portico
  • A glass of Prosecco or fruit juice to welcome each guest
  • Tables & chairs laid out in hall to client specification
  • Ceremonial seating laid out if marriage ceremony is being conducted in hall. Registration table and chairs included
  • White tablecloths and table centerpiece with tea lights
  • Place settings laid for 2/3 course meal, with white napkins, water jugs and glasses
  • White chair covers and choice of voile tie backs
  • Side tables for cake and/or wedding gifts
  • Overhead decorative lighting & bunting
  • Fully decorated hall with additional wall-hung lighting and voile bows
  • Fully licensed and staffed bar for up to 6 hours (additional hours can be arranged as required)
  • Stage area and stage lighting available for use by band/disco
  • Reception room set out for catering requirements
  • PA system
