Arrangements have been made to hold the above meeting in Moffat Town Hall commencing at 7.00pm and is open to all existing members.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the requirement of a change to our existing Constitution. The main topic involves the Structure of Membership which we hope can be simplified to enable a greater opportunity to secure funding.

The actual wording change is “ Membership shall (subject to articles 15 to 18) be open to any person aged 16 years or over”

The resolution has been discussed by the Board of Directors and further details will be provided by the Chair of MTHRT at the meeting.
